3. Booking and Payment

• You will be available to inspect the vehicle at the time and place specified.
• If you do not own the vehicle, then you have the right to inspect it.

Additional fees may be charged if a vehicle is not able to be inspected because of absence or accessibility issues.

QLD Car Inspection, its directors, contractors, and employees are not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect loss
• Consequential loss
• You may be liable for damages arising out of your use of the services.
• Losses caused by decisions based on inspection reports

We strive to perform thorough inspections. However, we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will continue to run well or in good condition.
