QLD Car Inspection offers independent vehicle inspections before you buy a car, including:
- Inspection of vehicles in accordance with agreed standards
- Prepare and deliver detailed inspection reports
- Attendance at your appointment is optional
- You can make informed decisions based on unbiased and clear assessments
The availability of all services and the acceptance of your booking is subject to change.
3. Booking and Payment
You can make a reservation request via our website or other means.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate information
- Bookings are only confirmed after payment in full or according to the agreed terms.
- The price of the inspection service is as it was stated when booking.
- Before the inspection can be conducted, payment must be received according to the method agreed upon.
If you fail to pay, your inspection appointment may be cancelled.
4. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports are based on visual inspections, mechanical evaluations and diagnostic reviews as agreed upon in the scope of service.
Unless otherwise stated, reports are sent within the specified timeframe after the inspection.
You may only use the inspection reports for personal purposes. They cannot be published, transferred or used by others without our permission.
5. Your Obligations
You accept that:
- Please provide your vehicle and contact details accurately
- You will be available to inspect the vehicle at the time and place specified.
- If you do not own the vehicle, then you have the right to inspect it.
Additional fees may be charged if a vehicle is not able to be inspected because of absence or accessibility issues.
6. Limitations of Liability
QLD Car Inspection, its directors, contractors, and employees are not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect loss
- Consequential loss
- You may be liable for damages arising out of your use of the services.
- Losses caused by decisions based on inspection reports
We strive to perform thorough inspections. However, we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will continue to run well or in good condition.

The content of our website is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. This includes text, images, and layouts.
Our content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used in any other way without our written consent.
