You can't make it to the inspection?
It’s fine. We will act as an independent representative, providing detailed photos, expert insight, and notes.
Is your inspection professional and independent?
No. Our reports are unbiased, and we have no affiliation with any dealership or seller.
Do You Inspect All Vehicle Types?
Yes, we inspect sedans and 4x4s as well as vans and hybrids. We provide the same thorough inspection process and professional report across all vehicle categories.
Do your inspectors have the necessary qualifications?
All inspections will be carried out by qualified automotive professionals. They know where to look for hidden problems and how they can identify future costly problems.
What's a pre-purchase Inspection?
Pre-purchase Inspections are comprehensive assessments of the mechanical, structural and safety conditions of a car before purchase, which can help you avoid unanticipated repair costs.

When will I receive my report?
You’ll get your comprehensive digital inspection report within 24 hours. This gives you the information needed to make informed decisions and negotiate.
What information is included in the report?
It includes mechanical systems, paint and body condition, interior wear and tear, safety features, diagnostics and a summary of overall condition.
Can the report be relied upon without having seen the vehicle?
Of course. You can fully understand the condition of a vehicle even if you’re interstate or abroad with our detailed commentary, high-resolution photos, and ratings.
Do photos appear in the report?
Yes. Each report contains high-resolution images that highlight key components, wear zones, and any defects identified during the inspection.
Do you provide condition ratings?
Yes. We give you clear ratings of pass, concern or fail so that you can quickly assess the severity.
Is it possible to share my report with my mechanic?
Of course. You can easily share your digital report with family members, advisors or mechanics to review it further before making a purchasing decision.

Can I reschedule if needed?
Yes. We know that plans can change. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling options
How much time does it take to inspect a vehicle?
Depending on the type of vehicle and the complexity of the checks, most inspections last between 45 and 90 min.
Do You Offer Same-Day Inspections?
Yes, in many cases. We will try to schedule a same-day home inspection for you in most cases.
What details do I need to supply when booking?
We need your vehicle location, contact information for the seller, and preferred inspection times so that we can work efficiently together.
Is booking confirmation provided?
Yes. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking, including all the details.
Service Areas

Where are you located?
Our mobile inspections service Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast as well as surrounding South East Queensland areas.
Can remote locations be inspected?
We will do our best to accommodate remote and regional areas, depending on the availability of inspectors and travel distance.
Does service area affect pricing?
Certain remote locations may incur an additional travel fee. This will be discussed in full before you confirm your booking.
Do all vehicle types receive inspections in every service area?
Yes. All vehicle types and service areas are subject to the same standards of inspection and coverage.
Do You inspect vehicles at dealerships?
No. We inspect vehicles in dealerships, at private sellers’ houses, offices, and auction yards.
Do You Offer Interstate Inspections?
At the moment, we are primarily covering South East Queensland to ensure fast response times.
Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?
For a convenient and easy booking experience, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Is payment required before or after inspection?
Payment must be made at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment and secure scheduling.
Is there a hidden fee?
There are no hidden fees. You will always be aware of the total cost before you confirm your inspection.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. After payment, a detailed tax invoice is sent to you for your records.
Is GST already included in the price?
No. GST is included in all prices. No unexpected charges.
Do You Offer Refunds?
In certain circumstances, refunds are available if the cancellation is made within the required period of notice
